Warranty Conditions

1. The motor must not be overheated. Every radiator must be cleaned and checked for proper water flow. Water pumps and radiator hoses must be checked to ensure the proper cooling of the motor.
2. The thermostat must be in good working condition and motors equipped with an electronic fan temperature sensor must have the sensor changed.
3. Every engine must be given a 1500 km checkup, which involves an oil change, oil filter change, checking for leaks, and checking the timing. Engines with solid valve lifters must have clearance checked at the time of installation and after 500 km.
4. The guarantee is void when the engine is used in an application other than designed by the manufacturer.
5. The crankcase must be full of proper oil.
6. Light-duty passenger vehicles, marine engines, and industrial engines that are rebuilt and surplus new are warranted for 1 year parts replacement only. Labor is only covered if we install the engine.
7. In every rebuilt engine, we recommend that the oil be changed every 5000 km or per the manufacturer service manual.
8. The warranty does not cover improper installation, defective accessories, defective cooling systems, and emission systems.
9. We do not cover towing, hotel accommodation, loss of revenue, or if the car vehicle is involved in an accident.
10. The guarantee becomes null and void with a change of ownership or if the vehicle is involved in an accident.
11. No repairs are to be made or motors disassembled in any way without prior authorization from this company.
12. All engines sold must be operated in accordance with local and federal Environment Canada emissions regulations. Please consult with the current legislation regarding the usage of this product prior to purchase.
